Unai Extremo is a computer engineer, entrepreneur, and passionate advocate for computer graphics and real-time 3D technologies. He founded Virtualware in 2004 headquarted in Spain. Under his leadership, Virtualware has become a global benchmark in immersive technology, with a team of over 50 professionals and subsidiaries in Orlando, Canada, and Sweden. The company debuted at Euronext Access Paris in April 2023 and has traded on Euronext Growth since June 2025. Unai’s strategic vision has accelerated Virtualware’s expansion and fostered impactful collaborations with a wide range of clients across Europe and North America. In Spain, it has strategic partnerships with the Ministry of Education and Vocational Training, deploying its VIROO platform across 66 Vocational Excellence Centers.
