Hrvoje Mihovilović is the Founder and CEO of ELNAV.AI, a Split-based deep-tech company building privacy-first AI safety systems for ship bridges. He previously sailed with operators including Mediterranean Shipping Company (MSC) and Carnival Corporation, where he saw first-hand how bridge communication and workload peaks create avoidable risk. ELNAV.AI’s products include Aware Mate, an on-device vigilance layer designed to support watchkeeping without ship-to-shore raw video by default, and Helm Order Monitor, which verifies helm order execution using Automatic Speech Recognition and sensor inputs.
